2020 Arts and Sciences Awardee

We are pleased to announce the 2019-2020 MVM Scholarship in the Arts and Sciences Awardee Manna Robertson. While 2020 was a year fraught with challenges, we are excited to highlight a student who has persevered through difficult courses and circumstances and also has a heart for serving her community.

Manna is an exceptional student, who displayed a passion for the arts and sciences while serving her community in several ways throughout her high school years. In addition to taking several AP science and art courses, Manna also served as a camp counselor for the Sci-Girls summer camp, a camp that encourages girls to pursue degrees in the area of science, technology, engineering, arts and mathematics. Manna is now a freshmen at the University of Florida majoring in graphic design. Her goal is to begin her career using her love of typography and illustration to design websites for clients, and later shift to doing freelance graphic design work for businesses.
